1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BahtBridge ("Service," "we," "us," or "our") at bahtbridge.com, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BahtBridge is an AI-powered content generation platform. We process product images and Thai-language descriptions provided by you to generate English-language product titles, descriptions, SEO metadata, and pricing suggestions. These outputs are intended to assist merchants in listing products on international e-commerce platforms (such as Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, and eBay).

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- AI-generated translations, titles, descriptions, and SEO tags may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unsuitable for any particular e-commerce platform.
- BahtBridge does not guarantee that any AI-generated copy will comply with the content policies, terms of service, trademark rules, or intellectual property requirements of any third-party platform.
- BahtBridge is NOT liable for any account suspensions, listing removals, lost sales, lost revenue, customer disputes, penalty fees, or legal action of any kind arising from the use, publication, or reliance on our AI-generated content.
- You are solely and fully responsiblefor reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing it on any platform. BahtBridge's responsibility ends upon delivery of the output to you.
- You assume 100% liability for the content you choose to publish.

4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to upload, submit, or process any content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, or violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights (trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret) of any third party.
- Depicts violence, explicit sexual material, or otherwise harmful content.
- Relates to prohibited or highly regulated goods, including but not limited to: weapons and firearms, controlled substances and pharmaceuticals, counterfeit goods, endangered or protected species products, or any item banned from sale under Thai or international law.
- Constitutes spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial content.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice for any violation of this policy.
5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
5.1 Pricing Plans
- Free Plan: 5 AI-generation credits granted on sign-up. No credit card or payment is required. These credits are not time-limited.
- PRO Subscription: ฿690 per month. The PRO plan provides 300 conversion credits per month, which are refilled automatically at the start of each billing cycle. This is a monthly allotment (not unlimited and not a one-time grant). The subscription auto-renews monthly until you cancel it.
- Top-Up Pack: ฿199 one-time payment for 50 credits. Top-Up credits never expire.
5.2 Billing & Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept payment by credit/debit card and PromptPay. By providing your payment information, you authorize the Operator to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis (for PRO) or as a one-time charge (for Top-Up packs), in accordance with the selected plan.
5.3 Cooling-Off Period & Digital-Content Waiver
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Thai Unfair Contract Terms Act B.E. 2540, you have the following cancellation and refund rights:
PRO Subscription
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your initial PRO purchase, during which you may cancel for a full refund of that payment.
- Express waiver and acknowledgement of loss of the cancellation right: By using any AI-generation credit during the 14-day cooling-off period, you request that the supply of digital content begin immediately, you give your explicit prior consent to that immediate supply, and you expressly acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to cancel once delivery/use of the digital content has begun for that billing period.
- After the cooling-off period (or once it has been waived as above), you may still cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 5.5. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund a billing period that has already started.
Top-Up Credit Packs
- You may cancel a Top-Up pack purchase within 14 days for a full refund, provided you have not used any credits from that pack.
- By using any credit from a Top-Up pack you request immediate supply of the digital content, give your explicit prior consent, and expressly acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel that pack once any of its credits has been used.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Thai Consumer Protection Act in respect of services that are faulty or not as described.
5.4 Technical Error Refunds
- If a documented technical error on our part results in credits being consumed without a delivered output, you are entitled to a credit restoration or monetary refund at your choice.
- Refunds for technical errors will be processed within 14 business days of a valid claim.
- To report a technical error, contact support@bahtbridge.com within 30 days of the incident, including any relevant screenshots or generation IDs.
5.5 Cancellation & Effect on Credits
You may cancel your PRO subscription at any time, with no penalty, from your Account Dashboard using the "จัดการ / ยกเลิกการสมัคร" (Manage / Cancel Subscription) option, which opens the Stripe Billing Portal. Alternatively, you may request cancellation by emailing support@bahtbridge.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain full PRO access until that date.
Effect on credits when a PRO subscription ends: your monthly PRO credit allotment ends together with the plan and unused PRO credits do not roll over. However, any Top-Up credits you have purchased do NOT expire and are preserved on your account after the PRO plan ends. The system enforces this distinction automatically.

6. Third-Party Services
BahtBridge integrates with the following third-party service providers. Your use of the Service constitutes your acknowledgment that your data may be transmitted to and processed by these providers:
Google Gemini API
Purpose: AI content generation
Data shared: Product images and Thai-language descriptions you submit
Supabase
Purpose: Database and authentication
Data shared: Account credentials, translation history, usage data
Stripe
Purpose: Payment processing
Data shared: Email address and billing information
Meta Platforms (Facebook Pixel)
Purpose: Advertising conversion tracking (consent-based)
Data shared: Anonymised page views and conversion events — only after you opt in
BahtBridge does not sell your personal data. Advertising and analytics tools (such as the Meta Pixel) are loaded only with your consent — see our Privacy Policy. Each provider's use of your data is governed by their own Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
The BahtBridge platform, interface, branding, logo, and underlying technology are owned by BahtBridge and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
The AI-generated output content is delivered to you for your use, subject to the disclaimers in Section 3. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you publish does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BAHTBRIDGE AND ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST SALES, E-COMMERCE ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BAHTBRIDGE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Nothing in this Section excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any non-excludable statutory consumer rights under the Thai Consumer Protection Act, the Thai Unfair Contract Terms Act B.E. 2540, or the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Language & Controlling Version
These Terms are provided in both English and Thai. For consumers resident in Thailand, the Thai-language version is the binding and controlling version; where the Thai and English texts conflict, the Thai text prevails. For users outside Thailand, the English-language version controls.

10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, and consumers in the United Kingdom retain the statutory rights afforded to them under UK law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
